John Connelly
Mr. John Connelly holds a black belt degree and has over 25 years of experience in Karate, Tae-kwon-do, and other forms of Martial Arts. He teaches Ji On Kon Ryu, which is built around self-defense methods as well as dealing with various situations. Mr. Connelly focuses on developing higher self-esteem and calmness within oneself. Working strongly with principles of discipline, Mr. Connelly teaches meditation, contact and non-contact free sparing, as well as centering around self-respect and respect for others.
